Looking For Durability - Consider Granite Table Tops

granite restaurant table topsGranite table tops are one of the most durable materials available and look good as part of a restaurant tables design. They are virtually impossible to damage under normal usage. Knifes won’t scar the surface, it doesn’t chip easily, and there is not paint to crack or peel. In fact, there is very little in the way of maintenance required. A good wipe down and they are ready to go again.

Cut from large slabs of granite, tables are trimmed to size then worked to an ultra smooth finish. The table top is then polished to a glass like finish ready for assembly. Granite table tops come with a timber underside which makes attachment to a base far easier. These table tops are available in several different stone colors.

We have shown a round table top here, however, they are also available in the square. Round granite table tops are available in several sizes between 24″ and 54″. Square table tops are available in 30″ and 36″ or in several rectangles with sizes ranging up to 30″ x 60″ - the latter a decent size banquet table.

There are two formats for granite table tops - Quick Ship which can have your table tops delivered in 1-2 weeks or special orders which can take up to 8 weeks. If you’re looking for a special order to be delivered before Christmas it is probably too late already.

Granite table tops are long wearing sturdy tables that will pay for themselves fairly quickly over time. Although each table top may look the same. In fact, each one will be unique since no two pieces of stone are the same. Include granite in your restaurant tables design for a rock solid table.
