There are some restaurants that would love to include an external dining experience for their patrons. The problem is their restaurant tables design makes the daily task of setting and packing away too time consuming to be worth the effort.
Folding tables may just be the solution in this situation. They are still designed to be strong and long wearing but as they are quickly and easily folded away, one person can set or pack-up a dining area fairly quickly. This is ideal where the external dining experience really is external - that is, there is no protection from the weather at all.
Patrons enjoy dining outside. This is particularly true on those balmy summer evenings. They can dine in relative comfort enjoying the night air along with the brilliant light show the sky displays. Of course, balmy evenings can sometimes turn quite nasty with sudden rain squalls appearing.
This is one of the reasons why many restaurateurs have steered away from external dining. Their dining furniture can be soaked or blown away quite quickly - unless of course they have utilized folding tables and chairs. Within minutes the whole external dining area can be undercover and safe until the weather clears. For some restaurants, this may well be for the entire winter with the external dining room not reopening until late spring. When it does reopen, it can be set up and ready to serve patrons within an hour.
If your restaurant does need to close its external dining area for an extended period, folding tables and chairs can be stored with a minimum of space. In fact, if you consider a restaurant tables design that can be folded, it also means it can be stacked, in the folded position of course. A quick and easy solution to a restaurants external dining problem - folding restaurant tables that can also be stacked - too easy!
