When it comes to restaurant furniture, there are two types of restaurant: those that want the furniture to be insignificant or invisible; and those that want the furniture to stand out, to make a statement. If you are looking to make a design statement, what is it going to be?
The range of options is wide. You can use bold colors, strong design shapes or a combination of both. At the other end of the scale, there are strong but very traditional designs in traditional timbers that look opulent and expensive.
What is important is to have a clear idea of what sort of statement you want to make. Who are you making that statement to? If it is to the senior citizens in the area, strong, bold, and outrageous may not be the best idea - but then again, if you are targeting the young then Victorian era restaurant furniture may not impress.
Decide who your audience is and then select furniture that will make a statement to them. Restaurant furniture no longer needs to be boring. You don’t need to use furniture that is inconspicuous or hidden either. The range of restaurant furniture is such that there is something to suit every restaurant - especially if you do really want to make a statement.
