I hate it when you have to wait 15 minutes for service and another 15 for food. We want to get our food to you with five or six minutes of sitting down.”
There is an important lesson to keep in mind based on that restaurant furniture layout story: you are going to find that just because you choose a given layout, there’s nothing that says that you have to offer a conventional style or to do things the way that others do.
