When you make the choice to change things up when you open a restaurant - when you are looking for a restaurant furniture layout that will allow you to shake things up and to renovate space and make it your own, one thing that you are sure to discover is that there are some changes that are relatively easy to make:

(source)In addition to the American menu, Sawyer is making some cosmetic changes, such as painting and lighting, to the interior of the 5,300-square-foot restaurant, which as Candeleros, featured Southwestern decor.

The large bar area will have more of a lounge feel to it with upholstered furniture. Table 24 will also have what Sawyer calls a “wine by the glass program” that appeals to people who want more than just a beer after work.

Sawyer hopes to open in early June. If all goes well, he said, in the future he’d like to open for lunch and Sunday brunch.

When you’re able to look at all of your options, when you are able to visualize your space and the changes that you want to make, you’ll find that creating something altogether new is as simple as choosing a different style and a different layout.

Take the time to develop a sense of what you want to see in your restaurant; focus on the look that you want to create: then look for the restaurant furniture that will complete the look.
