In the restaurant business, there are always going to be a number of changes and risks; while you are not going to want to think about the possibility of a restaurant fire, one of the things that you will find is that when disaster strikes, you will have the chance to change the shape of things. That’s something that recently happened in a Connecticut restaurant that is about to reopen with a new restaurant furniture layout.
(source) “The past six months have been both horrible and wonderful,” Lulaj said.
“Our families have struggled as we have worked to rebuild this business, but now we are so proud of all that work. I never thought we could have a restaurant that is so beautiful,” he said.
The 3,000-square-foot eatery has a new layout that includes a main dining room as well as private dining areas and a bar.
“Everything is new from scratch,”
In other words, while it is possible that tragedy will strike - no matter how much you are able to focus on not thinking about the possibility - it’s important to remember that it’s a chance to look at the restaurant furniture layout that you had, to look at the changes that you wanted to make, and to focus on creating the space that you really wanted to have.
Of course, if you are just opening your restaurant and thinking about restaurant furniture layout options, you will want to take a closer look at those restaurants that have had a rough experience; the changes that they make can change the way you think about your options.
