May 16th, 2008 · No Comments

When you are thinking about the restaurant booth layout that will be best for your restaurant, there are a number of things that you are going to want to be sure that your are thinking through. You’re going to want to be sure that you’re choosing the right style or the right color or upholstery. You’re going to want to be sure that you’re getting the best possible price. Mostly, however, you are going to want to be sure that you are thinking about your customers.

One of the things that you need to be sure that you are taking into consideration with your restaurant booth layout is whether or not your diners are going to have enough space.

Think about it: if you were to go and sit down at a restaurant and were seated in a booth, what would be important to you? What would you think if there were not enough room for your feet between the booth and the legs of the table? What would you think if every time you were to try to shift your position you were to kick the person who you were joining for a meal (or, of course, if every time he or she shifted you felt a bruise starting on your leg)?

When you’re looking at your restaurant booth layout, you’re going to want to think about the space that you have available. You’re going to want to be sure that you’re pairing the booths that you choose with the right tables. Most of all, however, you’re going to want to be sure that when you choose a restaurant booth layout for your restaurant you’re going to be able to be sure that your customers have enough room to really enjoy their meals.
