There is a notion that restaurant booths design has altered little over the years. When it comes to basic design, there is probably more than a little truth in that. Let’s face it, what can you do to alter the design of a booth. Make the back a bit taller, or shorter; perhaps a little thinner to save space; or maybe the type of material used. The bottom line is that the booth still looks the same.
However, whilst the basic design of a booth has remained the same, the range of fabrics and colors hasn’t. The number and size of channels is also now fairly flexible as well. This means that your restaurant booths design no longer needs to look old, tired or out of place.
There is no way you could call the image shown here dull and boring. In fact, chances are it is too bright for many restaurants. As an example is does show the diversity of colors available. Start changing the width, number and color of the channels and the booth takes on a whole new look.
If you don’t like vertical channels you can have flat, quilted or perhaps horizontal channels. Manufacturers now use a wide range of materials, most of which can be produced in dozens or more of colors. More importantly, manufacturers are now in a position to customize some of the design aspect to meet with your requirements.
The restaurant booths design is changing, and for the better. With a selection ranging from straight backs and fan backs to booths with or without headrolls, your restaurant booths design can now look modern and well suited to most family restaurants.
