In some restaurants, they have cleverly involved sustainable timbers into their themes by using furniture that appears to have that rustic well used look. Others are going back in time and using restaurant furniture that comes from older periods. European furniture is popular for these styles. There is no doubt that promoting sustainability is one of the new trends in restaurant furniture.
