Don’t expect to see much in the way of restaurant furniture at these shows. They are menu based and highlight the latest trends in menus - however, let’s face it, menu trends can influence new trends in restaurant furniture.

More importantly, these shows are great vehicles for networking, sharing ideas and perhaps striking up new acquaintances in the same niche as you. That is what networking is all about - sharing.
