There is something about some of the retro bar furniture that is around these days. Take these retro bar stools, for example. I don’t know if it’s because it brings back memories of my teen years (not in bars, of course - but I certainly remember those milkshake days), or because they still look so good, but these bar stools still attract me when I see them.

In my day, the stools were bolted to the floor although they still had the swivel. The were bolted so close to the counter I blame them for my knobbly knees now. Today, same design, same look, but free standing and easy to move around.
